The Graduate Finance Interest Network (GFIN) Summer Social on
Saturday, August 4th, was a great success! Thanks to all who
attended. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very
friendly. The main purpose of this social was to introduce GFIN to
new, incoming students and give them an opportunity to ask

As part of my duties as a UIC Liautaud Student Ambassador, I
recently spoke with some 20 prospective students. The prospects
asked good questions about the importance of graduate-level
