Minding the Gap

"Yes, London. You know: fish, chips, cup 'o tea, bad food, worse weather….. London!" This is a quote from the movie Snatch where Dennis Farina's character is describing London to an associate of his. This quote was the first thing I thought of when I found out I was going to be spending the summer in London. Having very limited international travel experience, I did not know what to expect. Arriving to the Present, Part 1: Pursue Passion

Before I get down to business with talk of UIC Liautaud's excellent programs and campus life stories, I'd like to share a bit about how I've arrived at UIC. During the first year, we are taken through several core disciplines of business to get a holistic view of all the 'cogs in the wheel'. I would be lying if I said that the first... read more

When reviewing an applicant’s work history, our Admissions Committee looks for the following:
  • Two or more years of post-undergraduate work experience: Our work experience average for an incoming...
